Caged Gate: Golden gate Bridge, San Francisco, CaliforniaLow clouds/fog just above the Golden Gate were glowing with orange lights coming from lights of bridge. Later on merged to create this image using focal point merge in Photoshop. Tech: Canon 5D mark III, EF24-70mm f/2.8L II USM, ISO200, F8, 24mm. Sunset at Foster City lagoonIn summer, It is usually very windy around the San Mateo and Foster City area and results with fog in the sky in the evening. On the day that I took this picture I saw the sky, and there were high clouds and I knew that it would have burning colors during the sunset. I walked from my house to Beach park blvd bridge near Lucky's complex and waited for sunset. It was beautiful, as the sky had stunning, vibrant colors from the sunset to about 30 minutes after. I must have captured about 200 snaps and it was hard to decide which ones I should process to depict the scene which my eyes saw... Here is the picture. Technical: Nikon D800E, Nikon 14.0-24.0 mm f/2.8, @17mm, @f/8, ISO50, Raw import in Lightroom, hand blended several shots at different exposures using luminosity masks in Adobe Photoshop CC, final touches in NIK software..
